Buying vs Renting, Search the Market, Financing, Trusted Service Businesses, Resources

You've done it! You've graduated from college and are on your way in the world. And have decided to stay in Colorado -
many CU graduates do stay. If you have a job (and especially if you're a 1st time homebuyer), it's entirely
possible you may be able to afford to buy a home - not pay rent and start building equity. In fact, if you're willing to
still have roommates - you might be able to have much of your mortgage payment "made for you".
See RENTING VS. BUYING - Why buying makes sense

If it seems like it might make sense to buy. Next step would be to see what's available. Our site has a "Homefinder" tool
thatwill let you look for your dream home, save your searches, have emails sent to you automatically when something with
your criteria becomes available and some information on neighborhoods around the area. So, search away (by map or zip
code or area), save your searches and find that home.
SEARCH THE MARKET   - find the perfect home, set up automatic emails for searches you want.

Meanwhile you can also talk to Bill DeBow from Colorado Capital Mortgage - or go to his website and fill out an application
and he can let you know how much home you qualify for.
FINANCING  - @ Colorado Capital Mortgage - will find you a loan
