There are many choices and price ranges for properties close to CU. Some properties are on "the Hill" (the area
to the West of the campus) and some are to the east of campus. One bedroom condos start at $160,000 and 2
bedrooms at $161,000. 4 bedroom condos are also available. On the upper end, these condos will be around
$700,000 to $800,000. Available single family homes on the east side of campus start in the $300's and on
the Hill, around $500,000.
A condo project completed in 2004 - The Flats - directly accessible to CU by a tunnel (under 28th St near the
Event Center), will have several units available this year - a 3 bedroom townhome for approximately
($450,000) and a 4 bedroom loft, on the 3rd floor with tremendous views (appx $545,000). There is also a 3
bedroom Permanently Affordable unit available for $164,000. This is a superb project and more information
